Not able to add notes in Key Result of type Score check-in

Issue Summary

In both legacy and new experience objectives, when checking in on a Key Result, not able to add notes in type Score KR check-in.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to an objective
2. Add Key Result of type Score
3. Check in for that Key result, there's no notes field available (unlike other types of KR check-ins)

Other types of KRs allow notes at check-ins, for example dollars, count, percent:

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
