BackLog - Sorting by rank is bringing work items to the parking lot

Issue Summary

Reproducible: Yes

Sorting the backlogs items by rank (clicking in Global Portfolio Rank/Global Program Rank header) are randomly bringing the working items to the parking lot

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Backlog > Epic backlog
2. Tier one, program
3. Bring a few items to your parking lot
4. try to sort by Global Portfolio Rank/Global Program by clicking in the columns headers
5. Apply your sorting
6. refresh your page
7. notice that your backlog and Parking lot are all mixed up

Expected Results

Sorting should not bring any work item from or to the parking lot

Actual Results

Epics in  backlog are being mixed up with parking lot

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior.
