Issue Summary
If custom states are created on ADO (under a custom process/template), changes made to the state on JA will not sync to ADO for one of the custom states (while the opposite works), and the warning message below can be seen on the logs:
Warning
Failed to set field value. 'System.State' is a pick list field that does not allow the value 'xxxxx'. This does not prevent other changes from synchronizing.
Feature (Jira Epic)
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a custom state on ADO
- on JA, under the tab Items, map the state to sync with JA
- Now create an item and let it sync between the system
- Change the state on JA and see how it is not reflected on ADO and the warning appears on the logs
Expected Results
The change of state would sync to ADO
Actual Results
Changes in the state only sync from ADO to JA
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
