Feature Finance Panel: Work code being overwritten by Jira Connector when Work Code sync is not configured

STR:
Given that there is not a custom field mapping for work code under Jira Align Admin > Jira Settings > Jira Setup and that a Jira connector is enabled

1. Create a feature in Jira Align that is integrated to Jira
2. Populate a work code on the Feature
3. Update the Features in Jira

AR: 
The connector nulls out the work code field on the Feature in Jira Align and does not leave an audit entry

ER:
The connector would not null out the work code field on the Feature in Jira Align when there is not custom field mapping for work code.  Any time the connector edits the work code field in Jira Align there would also be audit entries.
