Issue Summary

Bulk removal of Jira Keys from deleted items found in deleted items report does not function. Individual removal works as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into Jira Align instance
2. Navigate to Administration/Jira Management/Jira Deleted Issues
3. Select a time and date and then press "Check for Deleted Items"
4. Wait until the report is run and completed.
5. Select programs and press filter to populate deleted items.
6. Select "Remove Jira Key All"
7. Select "Yes, delete them all."
8. Select programs and press filter to populate deleted items and notice that issues still show on the report. Open the Align item and notice that the link was not removed.

Expected Results

All Jira Keys will be deleted

Actual Results

No Jira Keys are deleted.

Workaround

Manually selecting components and using "Removal Jira Key" works as expected, but limits removal to 30 items at a time. Deleted item reports can sometimes contain thousands of records so this workaround is not practical for some customers.
