Problem

The Team filter is not working in Visualize Roadmaps in Release Vehicle View

• This is a defect because Team is included in Tier 1
  
• That filter is working in previous versions(v10.107 and older) and should not affect the performance.

Environment

Version: 10.108...

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Program menu.
2. On the left panel, under Manage, click Roadmaps.
3. Select either a team from the corresponding dropdown menu on the Configuration bar at the top of the page.
4. Under Live Roadmap on the top left, click the dropdown box and select Release Vehicle
5. The system will insist that you select a Portfolio, Solution, or Program.

Expected Results

You should be able to filter with Teams and not required to necessarily select a Portfolio, Solution, or Program. 

Actual Results

The system forces you to select either a Portfolio, Solution, or Program
