Adding Feature to Capability does not create entry in audit log

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit a Feature and add it to a capability
2. Open the Capability and confirm that the Feature shows as a child item
3. Open the Audit Log for the Capability

Expected Results

The audit log for the Capability should show an entry for the feature being added

Actual Results

The audit log shows nothing regarding the feature that was just added.

Workaround

If the Feature is added to the Capability from the edit capability screen, it shows up in the audit log.  This issue only happens when the Feature is added to the Capability by editing the Feature.
