Issue Summary

Epic Roadmaps visualization bars pop out and float over other columns when Epic details panel Spend tab is selected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have an Epic with an older and a newer PI in it
2. Select the newer PI in Tier 1 filter
3. Go to Roadmaps
4. Select Epics
5. Click on an Epic to open its detail panel
6. Select Spend Tab
7. Bars for Epics that have older PIs in them pop out

Expected Results

The bars should not pop out of the visualization area.

Actual Results

The bars pop out over the column text, selecting other tabs or closing the details panel doesn't help.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
