Issue Summary

Logging for Defect/Bug changes made in Jira doesn't display the correct user, the default user is displayed instead.
In Changes Log.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up sync for Defects
2. Make changes in Jira, wait for changes to sync
3. Go to Administration → Logs → Changes
   • Notice that the logs show the default user instead of the user responsible change

Expected Results

Other issue types such as Stories and Features show the correct user as long as the user can be found in Jira Align, so it is expected the correct user is shown for Defects too.

Actual Results

The log shows the default user.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
