Capability Screen - Primary Program field do not text overflow

      Problem

      The Primary Program field, on Capabilities Screen, does not control the text-overflow, and It messes up the table.

      Environment

      Jira Align Cloud 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a program with a huge name.
      2. Go to Capabilities and create a new capability linking with the program (with the huge name) created.
      3. On the Capabilities page, click on "Columns Shown" and enable:
        • Parent Object
        • Primary Program
        • Program Increment
        • State
      4. Refresh the page

      Expected Results

      The "Primary Program" field would have the text-overflow enabled. 

      Actual Results

      The fields are messed up because of the "Primary Program" field.

      Workaround

      There is no workaround
