Issue Summary

Unable to use "Mass Edit" on stories. Even with 2 stories, the Mass Edit fails. The change can be as simple as the Team field on these stories.
Super Admin user is able to perform the changes on the same work items by using the Mass Edit but fails for the Scrum Master role users.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login via a user who is a part of Scrum Master Roles
2. Ensure the Scrum Master system role has "Mass Edit" and "Manage Agile Objects(Admin)" permissions
3. Go to stories
4. Select a few stories for edit and click "More Actions" > "Mass Edit"
5. Make any change, for example, change the team for these selected stories

Expected Results

The changes made are applied.

Actual Results

No changes are applied and we see the message, "0 out of 2 stories updated"
When you individually change and update these stories, you see the change is applied successfully.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
