Problem

When users accessing Jira Align try to use fast edit for stories, features, business epics, or business initiatives it takes a huge time to respond.

Environment

Jira Align Cloud (only happening with one instance instance.)

Instance:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go into a story, feature, BE, or BI.
2. Open any work item, ex. Story
3. Click the fast edit button

Expected Results

The side panel appears quickly

Actual Results

The side panel takes a long time to show
