Issue Summary

When we open the slide-out panel for objectives in the new OKR the ellipsis next to each subsection does not work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the objective grid.
2. Click on any objective to open the slide-out panel. 
3. Click on "try the new experience".
4. Click on the ellipses next to each subsection.

Expected Results

The ellipses display actions to perform for the subsection.

Actual Results

Ellipsis next to each subsection doesn't do anything.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
