Problem
When a process step change happens on an Epic for which you added yourself as an informed member in the Responsibility Assignment matrix Settings under the Process Steps tab of each Process Flow step, there is no internal notification (notification on the bell) being generated on Jira Align.
Environment
Jira Align Cloud Version 10.107.3.

Steps to Reproduce
- Logged in to alignsupport.jiraalign.com as a super admin
- Went to the process flows and selected ID 209 to work with:

- I clicked the process step tab for the flow and chose to test the Cancelled state

- I added all instances of myself to the cancelled state to the "Informed" classification

- I then went to Epics and created my own Epic

- I verified my user accounts were listed in the informed section of the responsibility matrix for that Epic

- I set the process step to cancelled on the Epic and saved it

- I waited to receive a notification bell notice but never did.
- I did see, however, that alignsupport attempted to email me about the state change, but, the email didn't go through (which is another issue, but, the important part is that the notification did at least get generated)

Expected Results
Upon process step change, an internal notification (notification bell ๐ ) needs to be generated on Jira Align as it did the first time when I test this using another epic which is now deleted. As you can see in the below screenshot, I received notifications for every step change that occurred but now, I'm no longer receiving them so the client.
Actual Results
No internal notification is being generated on the notification bell ๐ although an email is being attempted to be sent.
