Issue Summary

Disabling the Jira Align Epic's MVP field under Details Panels Settings correctly hides the field for existing Epics but fails to do so on the initial Epic "create" panel.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Disable the MVP field under: Admin > Details Panels Settings >  [portfolio]> Epic > MVP. Save & Close
2. Open an existing Epic and note that the MVP no longer displays
3. From EpicGrid click 'Add Epic' button to open the create panel

Expected Results

MVP field should not be displayed on the Epic create panel

Actual Results

MVP field is displayed (and editable) on the Epic create panel

Additional Observation:

• The MVP field is hidden on the create panel once a Primary Program is selected. However, if MVP was modified prior to this, that change will persist and be saved. API call confirms this.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
