Epics: Target Date is not saved on table tblAgileSuccessMetric when setting the outcome on a Epic

Issue Summary

When setting a Target Date for an outcome, on the Epic Value tab, the date is not saved on tblAgileSuccessMetric, which will not reflect on Enterprise Insights Metric table.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Epic
2. Go to the tab Value
3. Click on Build Value Hypothesis
4. Create it and set a Target Date
5. Save and query the table tblAgileSuccessMetric, see how the field is marking NULL

Actual Results

Even though the Target Date exists, it is not present on table tblAgileSuccessMetric

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
