Issue Summary
If you Open your EPIC Backlog, set the Tier 1 as Portfolio X and PI Y (Using the Portifolio Pi Rank context) and drag an Epic to the Parking Lot this Epic also goes to the parking lot in other rank contexts.
After you drag an Epic to the parking according to the example above you now may try to reset the Tier 1 config by changing the Rank context to Global, and you will note that the Epic is in the parking lot as well.
The Parking lot should work independently from each Rank context.
Changing in one context shall not impact affect the others
Steps to Reproduce
- Follow a 2 minutes Loom of how to reproduce it
https://www.loom.com/share/15329231a1384c169e27cb7b686c783e - Open Epic backlog, no tier 1 set
- Set tier 1 to a portfolio A and PI B, hence Portfolio-PI rank list view
- **drag 'n drop one of the epics on this active backlog to the Parking lot
- Go to your Tier 1 and clean this up , Global Rank list view
- Note that the Epic also was dragged to the parking lot too.
Expected Results
Dragging an Epic to a Parking lot in a determined Rank context should not drag it to the parking lot in other Ranck contexts
Actual Results
Epic is being dragged to parking lot for all the contexts
