Issue Summary

The "Capture" button does not work for Process Flow (Value Stream) Cycle Time.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Program > Process Flow (Value Stream) Cycle Time
2. Choose the Process Flow (Value Stream) from the drop-down and select the dates within one year.
3. Click "Capture" on the top right

Expected Results

A new tab opens on the browser where a snapshot of the Process Flow (Value Stream) Cycle Time with its settings is shown

Actual Results

A blank page open in a new tab.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
