Hi Team!
It is not very clear to the users (or even to us) what are the requisites in order for a non-admin user to be able to delete Tasks from a Story.
We have come up with the following possible options:
- Non-Admin users can't delete tasks that are assigned to other users.
- The task can't be part of a locked PI/Sprint.
- The Task can't be in closed status.
- Parent Story can't be in '5 - Accepted' status.
- Field "Allow Task Deletion From Active Sprints" on Team slide-out must be enabled.
But during a customer call, we noticed that the user (SM) also needs to be a member of the Iteration (non Kanban team). We are wondering if there could be any other restriction, as it's causing some confusion with the customers.
It would be good to have something similar as we have for the Record Time documentation.
Thanks!
