      Planned vs. Earned Velocity report displays incorrect Planned velocity for sprint value.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Planned vs. Earned Velocity report
      2. Select a sprint
      3. Planned velocity for sprint is not matching actual planned story point total for this sprint

      Expected Results

      From Planned vs Earned velocity report article:

      Planned velocity for sprint: The sum of effort points from stories planned for the selected sprint.

      Actual Results

      The points don't match.

      Workaround
