      Issue Summary

The tooltip for the Initial Sprint Start Date under the Jira Settings> Jira Setup is wrongly
      talking about creation date.
As the setting is about the start date of the Sprints (or terminology equivalent) it should not mention anything about CREATION Date.
For example, we can create a sprint today(created date) and its start date can be next year.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Got to the Jira Align Administration > CONNECTORS > Jira Settings> Jira Setup tab
      2. Scroll down to the option called Initial Sprint Start Date
      3. Hover on top of the to view the tooltip explaining further what the option means

      Expected Results

Synchronize Sprints (or terminology equivalent) with a start date after <date>

      Actual Results

Synchronize Sprints (or terminology equivalent) that were created after <date>

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
