Irrelevant Development tasks are added to Kanban boards and expanding tasks in stories slide-out panel is throwing an error

Issue Summary

Irrelevant Development tasks are added to Kanban boards and newly added Tasks(on slide-out panel in "Tasks" tab) are disappearing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Kanban Boards from left navigation panel using search
2. Open any Kanban board
3. Click on Launch Board
4. Move the mouse cursor on an Idea 
5. Click on 3 dots and open card more fields
6. Click on tasks
7. Add new tasks

Expected Results

Newly added Tasks(on slide-out in "Tasks" tab) are displayed and we can open it. ** No random tasks are displayed.

Actual Results

Newly added Tasks(on slide-out panel in "Tasks" tab) are disappearing. Random tasks are being added to the kanban board that have the same ID as the idea in the kanban board.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
