Team Sprints: Duplicate Members are added to the team sprint by the Jira Connector sync

Issue Summary

The Jira Connector synchronization creates duplicate entries, in the team sprint, for users who have been previously removed from the Team.
The sync not adds only the members to the team but as well to the sprint although there is already an existing entry for these users.
As a result, the user is seen twice in the sprint members' list

Steps to Reproduce

Preconditions:

1. Jira and Jira Align sprints synced.
2. Set the "Allow Jira to add users to team if they belong to an issue" = YES under the Administration > Connectors> Jira Settings > Jira Setup.

1. Create a Jira story and sync this to Jira Align
2. Assign the Jira Story to a user (eg user1) and wait for sync.
3. After the story is synced to Jira Align, check the list of members in the team and in the sprint to see if the user (user1) was added.
4. Delete the newly added user(user1) from the team.
5. Check the sprints team member allocation and you should see a warning.
6. Navigate back to Jira, create a new story and assign this to the user we just removed from the team (user1)
7. Add this story on the Jira team sprint.
8. Wait for the sync to complete
9. Check the members' list in the Jira Align for the corresponding team and sprint

Expected Results

No new entry is created for the user (user1) in the sprint
The user (user1) is added again to the team

Actual Results

The user (user1) is added again to the team
A duplicate user is created for the user (user1) in the sprint

Workaround

To remove the said user from the sprint and team.

1. Select the duplicate user
2. Click on the user's profile icon or initial
3. The user's profile panel will popup
4. Click on the user's name
5. The user's details panel will appear (same as the one you get from Administration > People> <Specific_User>)
6. Select the Teams tab.
7. Search for the Agile Team
8. Remove the user from the team

That should completely remove the user from being assigned to these teams and sprints.

Note:
As long as the option "Allow Jira to add users to team if they belong to an issue" = YES under the Administration > Connectors> Jira Settings > Jira Setup,
the users will keep on reappearing in the team.
