Features : Tags : Auto complete is not working

Issue Summary

Auto Complete functionality for tags is not working on the Features grid

Steps to Reproduce

1. Browse to the Features grid
2. Open any feature
3. Scroll down then find the Tags fields
4. Type in some tag
5. Save & Close
6. Open up a different feature
7. Scroll down then find the Tags fields
8. Start typing in again.

• Notice no auto-complete tips are shown

Expected Results

• Auto complete tips are shown for tags as the user type in

Actual Results

• No auto complete tips are shown

Workaround

• Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
