Issue Summary

The Roadmap is not presenting a few Epics no matter the filtering options used.
The number of Epics in the Epic Grid is discrepant when compared with the Roadmap.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Tier 1 pick a Portfolio + PI
2. Go to epic Grid, check the number of the Epics
3. Now, with the same Tier 1 options, go to Roadmap
4. check if the Epic in the Roadmap list are matching with Epics in the Epic Grid

Expected Results

After Tier 1 filtering, the same amount of Epics should appear in the Roadmap as in the Epic Grid 

Actual Results

A few Epics are not being displayed in Roadmap even with the Tier 1 filter correctly set
