Issue Summary

Team States(Sprint States) report is cut off. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Sprint States report.
2. Select a Program Increment.

Expected Results

The report should display values for all columns.

Actual Results

The report display is cut with some columns being hidden.

Workaround

There is a scroll bar at bottom of the report which can be used to scroll and see all the columns on the report. But there is no workaround to take a screenshot of the entire report.
