Roadmap: Number of Stories are not showing

Issue Summary

When selecting the Program or Solution level on the roadmap and selecting the sprint by program increment view it will show the stories when you select Features or Capabilities by Features. However, when the portfolio is selected in T1, the number of the stories are not displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

The issue is reproduced, in case the selected Portfolio is not associated with the selected Program Increment through the "Portfolio" field

1. Step 1. Created Portfolio A/Solution A/Program A and tied with feature A and story A
2. Step 2. Go to PI that is associated with the other portfolio and add Program A in PI.
   
3. Step 3. Go to Roadmap and filter with Portfolio A and PI in T1, the feature is listed, however, the number of the stories are not displayed with the error message :

   X stories are not displayed because they are not in a sprint or does not match the track, department, program increment and/or release vehicle in the Configuration bar.

   

4. Step 4. Filter with solution level or Program level in T1, the number of the stories are displayed.
   

Expected Results

The number of Stories should display in all cases when Portfolio/Solution/ Program/Team are selected in tier 1.

Actual Results

The number of stories is displayed when selected in Solution/program level in T1. However, the Number of Stories are not displayed when Portfolio is selected in tier 1 with the error message:

X stories are not displayed because they are not in a sprint or does not match the track, department, program increment and/or release vehicle in the Configuration bar.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
