Historical data for Health in Theme Group in Jira Align is not Updated

      Issue Summary

      When in Work Tree - Theme Group View and with Show Health toggle enabled, users can updated the Health Color and add Description to it. This data should be stored in the db so it can then be synced to Enterprise Insights.

      The above Health Color and Description changes are not updated in the db.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Must have Enterprise Insights integrated with Jira Align
      2. Configure Work Tree View for Theme Group and in Extra Configs enable Show Health toggle
      3. Change Health and/or add Description

      Expected Results

      1. The above changes should be stored in Jira Align's db, so in the next Enterprise Insights sync it is pushed to [Theme Group Health History] table.

      Actual Results

      1. When querying [Theme Group Health History], it does not have any updated data.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            This affects our highest level report, and we need to know who and what has changed with regard to health because those values are reported to the CIO.  Right now, someone could update those values and we wouldn't know who updated them, and we wouldn't be able to put back those values to older values as the history is lost.  

            We also have no way of tracking what has been updated and what has not since the last time our theme owners have updated their status.
