Issue Summary

When accessing the Release (Program Increment) slideout using a Portfolio + PI on Tier 1/Config Bar, an error is thrown at the right side.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the Tier1/Config Bar with Portfolio + PI
2. Go to Program -> Release (Program Increment) Progress

Expected Results

Release (Program Increment) slideout would load without any problem.

Actual Results

When accessing the Release (Program Increment) slideout using a Portfolio + PI on Tier 1/Config Bar, an error is thrown at the right side:

"An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator.
If you are the system administrator it's prompting to this link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/iis/application-frameworks/running-classic-asp-applications-on-iis-7-and-iis-8/classic-asp-not-installed-by-default-on-iis. It says classic ASP not installed.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
