Issue Summary

The customer was unable to access the Capacity Planning Report for a particular team. They are getting an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error with the "Invalid_use_of_Null:_'round'" message.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA
2. Navigate to Capacity Planning Report page
3. Select Team and PI names as top filters

Expected Results

Users should be able to view the Capacity Planning report for a selected Team & PI.

Actual Results

They see the spinning icon and then have an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error with the "Invalid_use_of_Null:_'round'" at the server-side.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
