Issue Summary

Process Step changes do not sync to Jira when moving out of a Jira "Done" status

Steps to Reproduce

Status changes from JA to Jira and all work fine but changing from Done = > Releasing does not sync back to Jira

Expected Results

Jira workflow does have a transition from Done to Releasing, hence making this update in Jira Align should sync back to Jira.

Actual Results

No status update is reflected in Jira

Workaround

Editing the description in the work item after updating the Process step in Jira Align, does sync back to Jira correctly.
