Theme name and description are getting updated when different themes are opened in different browsers tabs

Issue Summary

Theme names and descriptions are getting updated when different themes are opened in different browsers tabs. Other Theme details seem to be impacted by this, like Strategy, Fiscal year goal, Report color, Program, and PI.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create 2 themes (ThemeA and ThemeB)
   
2. duplicate the current tab so we can compare both themes.
3. On tab 1, open ThemeA details panel.
4. On tab 2, open ThemeB details panel.
5. Modify the fields on ThemeB like description, programs, release and click Save.
   
6. On tab 1, modify any fields in ThemeA and click Save.

Expected Results

The themes are updated successfully.

Actual Results

The changes from ThemeA are suddenly reflected in ThemeB.

Workaround

Refresh the Theme's details panel before starting to update.
