Add explanatory information for 'Strategic Horizon' field / values

      Summary

      The Strategic Horizon field can be enabled for both Epics and Capabilities under Details Panel Settings. However, there is no documentation on this field, its values and how they are used.

      • Can we include context on the values that are selectable and how they are used:
        • Defend & Extend
        • Expand to New Markets
        • Explore Future Options
      • these values are fixed (not editable)
      • these values correspond to Horizon Percentages on the Strategic Snapshot details panel
