Issue Summary

The option to cancel a Feature is present on the slideout panel if you give access to "Administration -> Roles: select a role -> ADDITIONAL OPTIONS -> Allow access to cancel item", but when trying to cancel a Feature, an error is thrown if the permission to Delete is not given as well ("Administration -> Roles: select a role -> Program -> Feature: Delete")

Steps to Reproduce

1. Give the access to Administration -> Roles: select a role -> ADDITIONAL OPTIONS -> Allow access to cancel item
2. Make sure that the access to Administration -> Roles: select a role -> Program -> Feature: Delete is disabled
3. Go to the Feature Grid, open one Feature
4. Click on the More Options -> Cancel Feature
5. Try to cancel a Feature and see the error.

An error is thrown when canceling a Feature if the Delete permission is not present.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
