Issue Summary

Removing fields in the "Details Panels Settings" of Dependencies, breaks the look of the sliding page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA
2. Go to Administration > Details Panels Settings > Select Portfolio > Select 'Dependency' as a Work Item. (Save the settings and check the visual of the related Dependency after each change.)
3. Case1: Turn off the active toggle of the "Blocked (Requester)" field. ( See Result1)
4. Case2: Turn off the active toggle of the "Blocked (Respondent)" field. ( See Result2)
5. Case3: Turn off the active toggle of the "No Work Required" field. ( See Result3)

Expected Results

The disabled field is not visible in the slideout or it is grey out. And the titles don't shift.

Workaround
