Issue Summary

User was removed from Program Team but is still appearing in the Status Report as an icon.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Program - "Program A"
2. Now check Programs
   https://xyz.jiraalign.com/ARTGrid

• Open "Program A"
• Click on Members.
• Remove yourself
• Notice that you are no longer listed there

1. Then check the Program Team via the TeamGrid
2. https://xyz.jiraalign.com/TeamGrid

• Open "Program A"
• Click on Members.
• Notice that you are not listed there

#Createa Theme called "Theme 1" and associate "Program A" with it.

1. Now check Status Reports
2. https://xyz.jiraalign.com/StatusReports

• Click on Theme
• Look for "Theme 1"
• Notice that your user icon is visible on the Status Report box.

Expected Results

Your user icon is not visible on the Status Report box.

Actual Results

Your user icon is visible on the Status Report box.

Workaround
