Objective Grid Tier Filter disappears after first page

Issue Summary

When reviewing Objectives at any level, the first page initially has a filter by the tier (Portfolio, Solution, Program, Team) however if there are more than 30 objectives (or whatever the user page view is set to) and you need to go to the next page, the filter is removed and becomes a grid list of ALL Objectives.

Steps to Reproduce

2. Click on the Next button in the bottom right to go to next set of records, screenshot showing top left Tier filter has disappeared, also see Program Objectives when I was on Portfolio tier previously

Expected Results

We believe we are supposed to see the tier in all subsequent pages - particularly useful if we are handling a massive number of OKR / Pages

Actual Results

In Page 2 and subsequent, we cannot see the Tier. 
Even Returning to Page 1, the tier selection doesn't appear. 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
