Saving a Theme produces an error

      Issue Summary

      Try to create a Theme, however cannot Save it as it's asking for a required field "Process Step" to be filled in. However "Process Step" field is not visible.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a New Theme
      2. Save

      Expected Results

      It Saves

      Actual Results

      It doesn't Save. Asks for a Process Step, even though there is NO field for Process step.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
