Issue Summary

Ideation, Setup slideout: Admins and Internal Contributors fields have invisible clickable elements next to them that interact with the User selection.

It's possible to click on empty space and visually reset the users in the Admins and Internal Contributors fields, but it doesn't seem to go through when clicking 'save'.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Ideation
2. Select Set-up
3. Select a Group to administer
4. Select the white space directly to the right of the Admins or Internal Contributors drop-down box. (you do not need to actually select the drop-down at all). Note: You will notice if you hover over this space that a name is displayed in hover text and that is the individual who is placed in the record in place of the already selected and saved individuals.
5. Notice that the list of Admins or Internal Contributors (depending on which white space you selected) has been replaced.

Expected Results

There shouldn't be anything invisible there.

Actual Results

Saving the settings after clicking doesn't seem to reset the users.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
