Issue Summary

The snapshot filter doesn't filter out themes in the portfolio room.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a couple of snapshots.
2. Navigate to Strategic Backlog and add a strategy for each of them.
3. Link a theme to each of the strategies created in step 2.
4. Navigate to Portfolio Room and select snapshot in the dropdown.

Expected Results

Themes are filtered out based on the snapshot selected from the dropdown.

Actual Results

Themes are not filtered out based on the snapshot selected from the dropdown.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
