Process step tool tip on Theme incorrectly refers to Epic

Issue Summary

The tooltip of the process steps fields on themes are referring to Epic when customers hover the mouse whereas it should reflect information about the theme itself.

Steps to Reproduce

Requirement having a Process Flow (Value Stream) created for the theme level and assigned a program "X" 

1. Create a theme
2. Assign to the program "X"
3. Fill the required fields and click save
4. Hover the mouse over the label "Process Step:" to view the tooltip

Expected Results

The tooltip box should show the following message:

The process Step is your custom process to build the theme. This is used to track your themes through your organization's processes.

Actual Results

The process Step is your custom process to build the epic. This is used to track your epics through your organization's processes.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
