Status Report - Program: Capture is cropping too high
The capture function does not seem to act consistently and get the whole page items as expected

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Status Reports: https://xyz.jiraalign.com/StatusReports2
2. Click on Program
3. Click on a particular Program
4. Click on Capture

Expected Results

The Capture window would show the whole report

Actual Results

The Capture window truncates.

Notes:
"Capture" appears to take a snap of the screen, as the code shows that it's displaying a PNG image. So it appears that it is not taking a full screen snap.
Test performed in multiple browsers, and confirmed to exist. Degree of cropping differs between browsers.
The capture image size seems dependent on the resolution/zoom of the page.
The size of the window does not seem to affect the capture.
The capture function does not seem to act consistently and get the whole page items as expected
