Investment vs Spend report: Missing and inconsistent elements are shown in graph

Issue Summary

There are several design inconsistencies or missing data

1. For page consistency, "PI (Quarterly Increment)" should be added to Estimated Spend or should be removed from Funding and Accepted Spend
2. Estimated Spend sum amount missing
3. PI (Quarterly Increment) Accepted Spend sum missing. Would consider removing "Quarterly Increment" for the subheading before sum

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1. Select the Reports icon from the left Navigation menu.
2. Step 2. Search Investment vs spend report

Expected Results

The consistent data is shown in the report.

Actual Results

1. PI (Quarter) keywords are missing
2. PI (Quarter) estimated spend amount is missing
3. PI (Quarter) accepted spend amount is not displayed

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
