Issue Summary

Jira Align Change Log (Administration > Logs > Changes) displays 10 records per screen regardless of what is defined under 'Records Displayed Per Screen' user preference, while reporting correct range at bottom which leads to over-reporting on last screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set User Menu > Edit Preferences > 'Records Displayed Per Screen' = 30 and Save Preferences
2. Navigate to Administration > Logs > Changes
3. Observe records displayed
4. Click the 'Last' button

Expected Results

Log should display 30 records per screen

Actual Results

Log only displays 10 records per screen while record count at bottom matches the user preference 1-30. This leads to erroneous ranges on the last screen... e.g. 3391-1136 of 1136 Records.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
