Issue Summary

When changing the Status of the Release Vehicle on JA to Launched, it will not reflect on Jira and will be reverted back to In Progress.
If the change on Status to Launched is made on Jira, it will reflect on JA.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Release Vehicle and let it sync between systems
2. Update its status to Launched on JA
3. Wait for the sync and check the Status on JA and Jira

Launched Status is only syncing from Jira -> JA

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
