Themes with different programs and process flows vanish from board when moved

Issue Summary

Themes with multiple programs(tied to different portfolios) and process flows vanish from a program process flow kanban board when it's moved in another.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the Align Support instance, using two different process flows with the same steps:
Each of them is tied with a program with different portfolios.

2. Created a theme part of both programs.

3. On the Theme backlog page, selected the Kanban -> Process State Flow view.

• By choosing one of the Portfolios (both Portfolios selected in T1), the process state flow is loaded and you can move the Theme.
• If the Theme is moved out of the unassigned column to a different column, it will update the Theme's state (as the map to state is enabled in the process flow) and will also update the Developmental step.
• But this theme will not be displayed in the other Portfolio unless moved back to unassigned in the previous Portfolio view.

Expected Results

In the other Portfolio, the theme to be either in the unassigned column or moved to the same state as the action in the other portfolio.

Actual Results

The board is empty but displays the item count.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
