Issue Summary

In the Program Room at the Team View, the future sprint is shown as complete (full green bar) even though the sprint has not been started. The team has no stories assigned to the sprint.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Program Room.
2. Add a future sprint without any stories assigned to it.

Expected Results

The future sprint status should not be complete. Based on document 10X: Working in the Program Room

Percent complete in the progress bar is calculated as points accepted divided by a total number of points. Stories must be assigned to the sprint to be included in the calculation, but don't need to be accepted within sprint dates to be included.

Sprint should not show a completed green bar when it has not yet been started and having no stories assigned to a sprint should not equate to all stories being accepted.

Actual Results

The future sprint is shown as 100% complete (full green bar).

Workaround
