Calculate average sprint days for the Daily Program burn calculation is inaccurate

XMLWordPrintable

      Issue Summary

Currently the calculation for the average sprints days in the "Release Plan Progress chart":
      1. includes weekends
      2. is calculated by end date subtract start date

      However, this is inaccurate.
      1. This calculation should not include weekends if the sprints are set to x week days rather than y weeks.
      2. The calculation should be an "inclusive at both ends" calculation.

      For example
If Start date is Monday 1st March and End Date is Sunday 14th March
      a. "Exclusive at one end" result

      b. "Inclusive at both ends" result

      Then remove weekends: 4 days.
      a. 9 days (Incorrect)
      b. 10 days (Correct)

      Steps to Reproduce

      Conditions:
      Portfolio A
      Program A
      Program Increment 1
      Team A and Team B
      Sprints A, B, C, D, E each of 10 week days
