Jira Connector: The update Jira user email does not reflect in Align

Issue Summary

When a Jira server/DC updates a Jira user's email, this does not get reflected in the corresponding Jira Align user details panel.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a story in Jira
2. Assign this to a user that doesn't exist in Jira Align
3. Wait for it to sync and confirm that user that got created in Jira Align by the connector.
   
4. Update the Jira users email address in Jira.
5. Update the story created in step 1 and wait for it to sync.
6. Now, check again the corresponding Jira Align user details panel

Expected Results

The email address of the corresponding user in Jira Align gets updated based on the corresponding Jira user email address.

Actual Results

The email address of the corresponding Jira Align user does not get updated.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
