Issue Summary

Enterprise Insights - [Planned FTE] column values are rounded up in [Forecast Capacity] table

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login 
2. Browse to [Forecast Capacity] table
3. Notice all the values for [Planned FTE] column  are rounded up to a whole number

Expected Results

Values for "Planned FTE" should be preserved as per the UI and displayed in decimal format

Actual Results

The values for "Planned FTE" are rounded up to a whole number

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
